Dax Norman
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Dax Norman began drawing at a young age, and has never stopped. Always looking for new ways of creative expression, Dax is a prolific painter and hopes to define what a 21st century artist can be. He holds two bachelor degrees: one in Advertising from the University of Texas - Austin, and the other in Computer Animation from Ringling School of Art and Design.
There is a remarkable consistency of vision across whatever media Dax chooses to explore. In addition to painting, Dax is a prolific animator. In the past year, five of Dax’s animations have been shown in Festivals in nine countries, including five continents around the globe. Also, Dax has recently released 2 of his own iPhone Games, which are interactive art pieces, based on his Paintings.
Dax currently resides in Austin, TX with his lovely wife, Karen, and daughter, Eppe.
